Y14 News: Moderator Announced

I'm please to announce that Debbie Millman will be moderating the 2009 Y Design Conference!

Debbie spoke at Y11 and we're extremely pleased to have her back. This is going to be fun...

"Debbie has been in the design business for 25 years. She is a Partner and President of the Design division at Sterling Brands, one of the leading brand identity firms in the country. Consider this site the result of that work, and perhaps (but not necessarily) the antidote. Debbie is a board member of the National AIGA, and teaches at the School of Visual Arts and Fashion Institute of Technology. She is also an author on the design blog Speak Up, a regular contributor to Print Magazine and she hosts a weekly internet talk show on the Voice America Business network titled Design Matters. Her first book, "How To Think Like A Great Graphic Designer," was published by Allworth Press in 2007, and her second, "Essential Principles of Graphic Design," will be published by Rotovision in Summer, 2008."
